How to transform your feelings and relationships through inner work.
At the session, many women come with stories about their pain and grievances towards men.
About their jealousy, feeling undervalued, about lack of love… Each one feels that “I feel this way because of him”… and then we insert the relevant situation: he looks elsewhere, is more interested in his gadget or the TV than in me, doesn’t hear or understand me, hurts or ignores me… A woman thinks that what she feels is caused by her partner's behavior.
If his behavior changes, her feelings will change too.
But everything in our psyche is arranged differently: we feel what is already embedded in us (passed down from our ancestors, family scripts), then we choose a partner who perfectly fits the role for playing out these tendencies, and then we project our internal states onto him… And the whole world is a theater, and we are all actors in it… Everything is heading in the same direction as it did for our great-grandmothers.

How to create harmony in a child's soul through the acceptance of a second parent.
Our children are made up of their mom and dad; these are the two most important parts of a child's inner world, the foundation of their psyche.
If there is misunderstanding, complex feelings, or conflict between the parents in reality, the child feels all of this as their own internal experiences.
In their psyche, these are not feelings about the parents; they are feelings about themselves and their place in this world.
Nowadays, it is not uncommon for parents to come to GSR sessions with children who do not want to live, who shut themselves off from their parents, and only write about their pain in their diaries… Some smoke, poisoning themselves, while others isolate themselves in loneliness, not even communicating with their peers… When I ask a mother about her child's feelings towards their father, I often hear in response: "Everything is fine, I don't feel anything anymore, it was a long time ago, it's all grown over..." But then, if one looks more closely within themselves, complex feelings arise.

How I Helped My Son Build Relationships and Make Friends.
Elena, a mother of three, shares with us the results of her work through #GSR sessions regarding her middle son: "I reached out to Irina about my relationship with my second son, who is 5 years old.
A few days later, my child was supposed to have a birthday celebration, but I thought no one would come to visit him...
because that had happened before.
When he was born, my husband didn't approach the baby for a month, he didn't even hold him.
