I participated in the self-presentation marathon with Irina Komarova💥 and want to share my results and feedback.
Here’s how it all went 👀 Irina held 5 live sessions, giving one task in each.
🌷 The first task was to create a video business card, which I completed easily and with pleasure.
Self-presentation is an interesting thing.

I participated in the continuation of Irina Komarova's self-presentation marathon💥 This time we focused on Reels 📹 Here are a few points I’d like to highlight: 1) I wouldn’t have made these Reels without the marathon—I actively ignore Instagram trends, and I’m generally okay with taking my time to develop an idea before bringing it to life.
Sometimes I create something, but more often, I just brainstorm.
2) I completed all 4 Reels because I was given that assignment and had a time limit.
I can work under such conditions, especially when someone is watching.

Analysis of the ranking session (July 20, 2025) Daria Panova wrote on Instagram about a promotion for the ranking for 5k - a gift from fate, I thought, wrote to the expert, got a confirmation, and then wrote to Daria.
I had been thinking for a while that it was time, but I mostly thought I had to do it anyway because I want the rank of "сч," and before that, I need to achieve the rank of "ср" 😁.
There was also a focus that after such training as this, it’s also advisable to take action.
At that time (and even now), two stages of training had already passed.
